Whitewater Rafting: Novel Surprises

Our friends will celebrate their tenth anniversary. Kevin wished to give Kate a surprise vacation where they could relax a bit together. They have tried several activities like bungee jumping, sky diving, riding in cable cars, skiing among others. Because of this, Kevin is finding it tough to come up with an activity which they have not yet experienced.

Besides, he knows that Kate is the outdoor type of girl who is always ready and eager to try most things fresh. He assumed that Kate won’t much enjoy a romantic dinner or a movie together which they do regularly. But another issue that he has is that he does not have too much cash to spend a vacation outside the country. So he is looking for a nice tourist spot near Texas where they can experience a new activity or sport.

He was desperately looking for something until he found out about whitewater river rafting. Further investigation revealed that it was a difficult recreational activity where you are going to use a raft to navigate down a river. From the research, he is definitely sure that Kate would love it. It is a fun adventure that gives an adrenaline rush as you go down the river. It is usually done in white waters where there are different levels of rough water which makes the adventure more exciting.

Kevin found a white water destination in the Arkansas River near Texas. So he determined it would be their objective. When they got there, Kate was so happy about white water rafting. She undeniably had fun with the excitement that it accompanies. She thought it was one of the greatest trip she had with Kevin. Kevin felt great that he was able to pull off their surprise anniversary celebration. He was just so thrilled seeing Kate was pleased with his surprise.
