Our Approach

Our INNOVATION PLUS™ and CHANGE PLUS®​ services creates innovation & change roadmaps utilizing a variety of development, design, evaluation, innovation, and change standards, processes and recipes resulting in five plans: (1) Case for Innovation & Change; (2) Communication; (3) Learning; (4)  Transition; and (5) Sustainability.

Our Innovation and Change Agents facilitate dialogue​ and conversation via critical systems thinking, program management & logistics, design thinking, experience design, education & training, and collaborative coaching to develop these plans.  ​

Applicable scope includes efforts, projects and programs to launch new ideas; develop new products; transform enterprises; ​implement new business processes, shared services, and systems; enter new markets; improve organizational effectiveness; manage across borders,  post-merger integration; or change efforts that have efficiency, effectiveness, growth or innovation strategies.
